I hope everyone had a great holiday! I know I did. I started off my week with a beautiful bike ride with my hubby on the Northbank Path and midway stopped for some FroYo. We then hit the Southbank Path to head home making Monday nights ride 15 miles.

My mom and little brother brought over their bikes on the 4th and we all went for a ride to my other brother's house to enjoy some pool time. (After this ride we needed it) If you ever need an excuse to love Oregon, do this ride. We took the Northbank Path all the way to the Eastbank Path, and it was beautiful. I am not one to be on my phone while riding my bike, so I didn't take pictures but trust me... Well worth it! I only have one way on this map but it came out to about 20 miles.

Then on Saturday I did another ride to my brother's house with one of my best friends. I took her on the Northbank, then Eastbank, and Southbank Path making our ride just a half mile under 20. Such a beautiful week this week to ride.

I was thinking about how many calories I burn in a week. I know how many I burn daily, but I never looked at it in a big number before. After this week in just exercising that I have logged, I burned 6,744 calories Monday through Sunday! That is crazy! I love every minute of it too! No more lazy Ashley that is 100% true! In fact as of this month this girl has no more cable TV. (That's right I said it). I never have time to watch it anymore and Hulu takes care of my "must need to see TV". I am proud of myself! Getting up off the couch was the first step to a new me and look I am just 13 lbs away from a 50lbs lighter me! Hope you all have a fit and healthy week! Stay positive and work hard!

Before & Afters... Amazeballs

So my weigh in this week is still the same at 172. I did lose 1/2 in in each leg, but that's about it this week. I would like to think that my muscle mass is what's taking over, but I really don't know. I feel thinner each week, and really that's all that matters! Not to mention I finally reached my size 10 jeans! Which brings me to this blog... I know once a month you get to see my body transform, but I wanted to see how different my body looked in some of my old clothes. OH EM GEE this was so much fun! December 2011:   Dress size 14/16 You can't even tell in this after photo, but all that fabric in the stomach has about 2 inches from it to my belly. It also make me look like I have NO BOOBS at all! August 2012:  Dress size 12 I look like a sausage stuffed in that dress! GAH! Look how much longer it is on me now. (Way more appropriate) I even have to take this in just a tad in the chest. I love this dress so much more now than looking back! Wedding Day 2012:  Dress...

9 Week Update

It really is amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it. The last 9 weeks I have changed my eating habits, portion sizes, and added more time to work out in my schedule. I made it a priority and this is what has come of it so far...                                                       Week 1                                              Week 9 Weight=      -19 lbs                   207                                                   188 Waist=        -4.5"              ...

Teaching, Coaching, Learning...OH MY

So lots of things are changing and moving in my life right now. Exciting new adventures and positive learning experiences. I can't even begin to tell you all the rush and excitement I get from teaching group fitness. Right now it is just cycle, but I am so excited to eventually move into more. I love motivating and pushing people in a positive way. After getting into teaching a little bit more, I have decided that fitness is something I am truly passionate about. Who would have thought changing my life last April would have made it THIS amazing! It's more than weight loss now. To see other's get motivated from my accomplishments is so much more. So I truly want to thank you all for supporting me and guiding me through my own journey! I also have even more exciting news...You are looking at your new Beachbody coach! I have been approached SEVERAL times to become a coach, and I was unable to do it because, for me, it just wasn't the right time. Now, for those who have...
