I was thinking of a nice snack while snuggling with my hubby at home having a movie night. I know there are different types of popcorn but it makes me crave "junk" too much and I just keep shovling it in my mouth, so I came up with a nice easy movie snack that was made in about 5 minutes! EDAMAME! Oh man I love this shit! You can find it in your freezer section and follow the boiling directions on the back. I sprinkled a couple pinches of kosher salt over them and shook them up in a bowl and WABAM! A nice movie night snack that's healthier than popcorn:)
It really is amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it. The last 9 weeks I have changed my eating habits, portion sizes, and added more time to work out in my schedule. I made it a priority and this is what has come of it so far... Week 1 Week 9 Weight= -19 lbs 207 188 Waist= -4.5" ...
